High-Tech Bridge expands the range of Security Services
21 June 2010Starting the third week of June 2010 High-Tech Bridge offers additional security services: Automated Vulnerability Scanning and Vulnerability Monitoring.
Introduction of the new services will permit High-Tech Bridge to increase market share and continue successful expansion on the Swiss IT security market.
High-Tech Bridge’s Ethical Hacking Department director Mr. Frederic Bourla comments on this: “Introduction of Automated Vulnerability Scanning as a separate service will highlight the competitive advantage of High-Tech Bridge on the Ethical Hacking market. Today the most of the companies on this market propose automated or semi-automated vulnerability scanning as a "penetration test", which actually has nothing in common with High-Tech Bridge’s approach to penetration testing. In our experience more than 60 percents of critical vulnerabilities, identified during a penetration test, are discovered manually by our security experts. They represent a complex hybrid of known vulnerabilities types, and are not detectable by an automated software. ”
High-Tech Bridge’s Research & Development Department director Mr. Marcel Salakhoff introduces unique service of 0day Vulnerabilities Monitoring : “At High-Tech Bridge we are proud to be the first Swiss company proposing this unique and high-quality service. The service is targeted primarily at large financial institutions, multinational corporations and governments, who have a need to minimize the IT risks as much as possible. “
