CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) is a top executive responsible for the corporate information security. CISO is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the corporate information security policy, strategy and programs. CISO is also responsible for information security policy management.In some companies roles of CSO (Chief Security Officer) and CISO are separated. In those cases CSO is more responsible for corporate security in general, and CISO is responsible mainly for corporate information security.
